The Atlantic magazine

In addition to our normal October and November events, we have a special event this month: a happy hour with The Atlantic magazine. This is a great opportunity to hobnob with interesting folks, and to meet and promote our Atlanta startup community with a national magazine.

The Atlantic magazine is planning a major profile of Southern startup communities. For their research, they are going on a week-long tour of the South, which you can read more about here. Come join the group and chat with Alexis Madrigal and Sara Rich from The Atlantic.

We will be meeting on Oct 25 at The Barrelhouse, the new tavern on 5th Street, near the ATDC. There will be free food, sponsored by Mailchimp. We will start at 6pm, and will go until 9:00.

The event is free, but space is limited. If you’re coming, please sign up at Eventbrite. Then, please help us get the word out: tell your friends, tweet about @atlsuds, and sign up on Plancast.

This event is co-sponsored with our good friends at the ATDC, Startup Riot, and Startup Chicks.

Please note, we will still be holding our regular event on Tuesday, November 1st at 151 Locust. Watch for updates.

See you there!
